OK, so now that you've made the decision to begin a project, there are a few things you'll want to figure out before getting started:

1. What is your timeline? When would you like to start and when do you hope to finish? Is your timeline flexible?

2. Will you be working with a designer and if so, do you have one in mind? Will you be doing the project yourself or will you work with a contractor? If so, do you have anyone in mind?

3. What is your budget? Is that a total project number? Does that include labor and materials and other fees such as delivery charges?

4. Do you need permits from your town to complete your project? If so, have you obtained them yet?

5. What are your overall project goals? How would you rank them in order of importance.

Thinking through and identifying the answers to these questions is critical to the overall outcome of your project. These are sometimes difficult questions to answer for a variety of reasons, but we can help you begin to address them and assist you in creating a blueprint for your project in order to most effectively ensure its ultimate successful completion!
